Finance Solutions

Debtor finance (otherwise known as debtor factoring or invoice discounting) is one of the world's oldest forms of finance.  It is simply the sale of accounts receivable (invoices) at a discount in return for immediate payment.

It involves turning your unpaid invoices into cash; you literally sell us your invoices.  It is so popular, that many trading banks have their own invoice discounting division focusing on high value customers.

A common way to think of invoice discounting is instead of offering your customer a discount for early payment, and thereby sending a wrong message to the customer and permanently discounting your sale price, you offer the discount to us.  And, you only use our services when you choose too.

How does it work?

Simply put, we pay you an immediate cash payment (usually up to 90%) for the invoice we have purchased from you, and then pay the balance to you minus our fee when the debtor pays us. You can do this with one or more of your invoices.
