We have a number of highly skilled support personnel with a combined experience of more than 60 years in financial services – all at your disposal!
Initially you go through a very intensive 2 day training course. We see the training process also as a bonding process – this is where our relationship starts and it is vital that you get comfortable with us at the outset.
We don’t believe that it is good practice to deliver a suite of manuals and get you to teach yourself – the start of any relationship should be interactive and most of all – fun!
We supply you with all manuals, stationary, forms and legal documents and we go through this in very fine detail with you. It is also imperative that you have a detailed knowledge of the industry, business and market so that you have total credibility when dealing with people and we step you through all of this.
But – it doesn’t stop there. We don’t think for a minute that you could possibly run an invoice finance franchise confidently after 2 days in the classroom.
You get a further 3 months remote training and support package – this incorporates:
· Assistance with lead generation,
· Assistance with all aspects of interviewing a new client
· Assistance with all aspects of reviewing a client application
· A review of every deal to ensure you have followed the process and not made any errors or omissions
· Assistance with you own bookkeeping and accounting
· Twice annually regional refresher training
You can extend this support for as long as you like at no extra cost to you.
